Our minimum work contract to manage the Unit(s) is for a minimal of six months.

We completely manage the business, working on day-to-day operations, marketing, profits, costs and purchases as well as on every issue pertaining to the business.

​

We prepare financial documentations and reports, and share during a review meet every fortnight and / or month-end.

​

As for the management services, we charge retention and a percentage of sales as fee.
